Whadd'ya Gonna Do??
Good morning, readers!!
It's dawn and I'm awake since I overslept on the afternoon, and this leads me to staying up all night, reading another series of Nancy Drew. Obviously, I keep changing my layout. I guess I've been bored nowadays but now, exam's around the corner and I'm still reading story books wth..
Nevertheless, I've been studying a lot this week, trying to get my mid-term exam into focus as each day passes by. They're always full with brain-stuffing of all kinds of subjects and I hardly remember some. Teachers also keep scaring us by telling us how hard the questions might be and trust me, when they say it's easy, it's gonna be hard. I don't know why, but I just know it happens. - to me at least.
My English teacher shared that she hardly remembered what she had learned when she was around my age. I can see most students out there study for now. You know, you get good grades for this year, then the holidays came and once you're on the next grade, you find yourself struggling to recall what you actually learn throughout the previous year. So what solves this? - Study continuously- . yeah right. Easy said than done.

-seems familiar?
Well, of course our parents won't be so harsh to sell us to an Arab as that above picture says. It's only an example of parent's role to fit in the picture of our examination. They have the rights and responsibilities to oversight, nurture and protect us. Mums and dads are just preparing for our best. Just remind yourselves to keep calm and study smart, arrange a good time management and don't put yourselves into too much trouble memorizing things. Mostly, it would help a lot if you would just understand it clearly. Well, I'm not a professor trying to advice you or something. Just experimenting with my life as a student. I'm sure everyone has been a student and undergo these things.
EXAM, EXAM, EXAM. - no entertainment, no wasting time, and more brain exercise.

Moreover, don't ever forget to pray. Prayer is without doubt the most powerful step that may guide us through everything, good or otherwise. Sometimes, maybe all the time, you would wonder.."Are my prayers working? Is God answering my prayers? Does He give me blessings? H-E-L-L-O-----!!ANYONE OUT THERE?"
Things like that occurs all the time when I pray. You may wonder if your prayers evaporate the second they leave your lips. But one thing is for sure. God knows what's best for us and He's our spiritual Father. I have hope in Him and He had plans for us. You may say, "OHHH...I'M DOOMED TO FAIL" or, "SCREW THIS, I'M STUPID". - Doesn't resolve anything.
- Matthew 7:7
*Prayer is not a foreign language. He understands all earthly languages and listens to our heart deeply. According to a book I read here, it says a couple very important things to demystify the language of prayer.
1. Pray in the Spirit. That means to be dependent on God. More importantly, pray with God, don't pray at Him. Ask God to help you draw out what's bothering you. - Romans 8:26-27
2. Pray at all times. Whatever's on your mind, pray about it. Tell God like you're telling a story and ask for His guidance. - well, that's what I did. The way to learn Spanish is to speak Spanish, and the way to learn how to pray is to pray.
3. Be alert.....keep praying for your friends. Be alert to opportunities to pray. Seek a friend to pray with God will steer you out of your spiritual roundabouts.
Prayer with God before my examinations never failed and I'm proud of it. Although sometimes, yes. I do get low marks due to my laziness, but never the worst and God put me to my strongest abilities and far away from the disturbance of any evil.
'For it it I who gave you those desires' - Philippians 2:13
