Hi readers! I'm literally exhausted right now. Slept at almost dawn last night with all the Mahjong players. One thing leads to another and blablabla, finally it's past 3a.m. I mean, come on it's The first day of Chinese New Year! I'm very proud to say that this year's CNY has major contrast from my 'usual' way of celebrating it. First things first - CNY is the longest holiday in China, which lasts up to 15 days whereas in urban areas it lasted only 7 days. Being 50% Chinese by no doubts, CNY thrills me in terms of tradition and customs. Trust me, there are many do's and don'ts on this special occasion that I am happy to 'follow'. When I was a kid, I wonder why CNY never falls on the same date each year. Turns out it is based on lunar and solar movements, hence the vary dates, usually on January or February. I also miss those times where my mum would tell me stories and intrigue me with those Chinese beliefs. kiddos Ok my head is temporarily ...

Greetings everyone! So as you know, I'm a dreamer. Thousand of thoughts came rushing through my brain cells 24-7 ( even in my sleep I guess). Unfortunately, some are rather useless and some are evil, but some are quite exciting. One of the things that I like to dream about is travel. Being under 18 and all kept me on the safe side of the wall. But sometimes I wonder 'what if'' someday I went over the other side and get to travel all over the world? That would be a bonus! I just happened to stumble upon a kind of place I never thought would exist.The web are saturated with lots of travel destination, and I am somehow drawn to a nostalgic and thrillingly unique place for tour attraction. So, yeah you can say I'm promoting though I've personally never been there. I totally forgotten about this post. Poor thing, it sat quietly in my drafts from day to day and it's been a month now lol. So where should I start? Hmmm...this year's semester 1 break is brief to me. Although most of the days are spent walking up and down K.K ,in and out of shopping malls. My mum had a thing for clothes and that's why I pretty much be her loyal follower of the day (well, almost every day). The life in K.K you probably had in mind when I mentioned about my holiday may not be what you picture it. As a matter of fact, it's located in Penampang, Kampung Bahang. So, it's a kampung ... not a terrace house, not a banglo either. It's a what-I-called solo house that are built by bricks and cement on the ground floor and wood on the first.
