Sums up my whole week

Hey earthlings! I apologize for leaving aside my blog for a few days...I've been as busy as a bee recently with SYD-3!! There were loads of events and performances that needs practice such as church choir, bible sharing, ASIPA (Asian Integral Pastoral Approach) Program, and even dancing! These activities just drawn on me altogether at the same time. Being a fickle-minded girl like me makes me feel like I'm having two strings in a bow. I loved to join, but on the other hand is my dear studies...should I just leave them hanging for a moment? After all, it's God's calling. The other part of me cries out because I knew I barely had enough time to REALLY revise before the PMR attacks.

The weirdest thing is, I am majorly lazy and packed with schoolworks but I still can find time to squeeze in those activities I need to attend to. I figure it would be a perfect painkiller to my wounded soul considering how busy I am to even pray.I want to keep going even though I'm in a bad blood. Just when I feel like deserting myself in the corner, shutting myself from the world and sulk 24-7, I found my best friend. You people may be bored reading about my relationship with Jesus again and again anyway, but here I just want to say that He's the best friend I've ever had! I mean to blog about something other than spiritual. However nothing came in mind.

camwhore with Beverly, as usual :P

A prayer was said before our opening dance performance receiving the cross :)

our opening dance at the open space XD

there is the Glorious Cross & Mother Mary Icon :)

So, in the journey towards Confirmation, I buy that this is the plan God has in hand in case I stumble (or maybe it was meant for me to stumble anyway). Engaging myself among others who serve in church ministries brings me tremendous joy that no human words could describe. Of course, the fun is always there! A week earlier before and  last week, there were continuous dancing practice as an opening/welcome dance for the receiving the 'Glorious Youth Cross' on 17th of July. I miss that moment so much :( The point in time has come and we had a blast dancing together! There were so many people! Of course, our 'colour' in Sandakan is yellow. I feel like a kindergarden kid again, dancing around with my friends with hair pulled up to a side ponytail. It's a good sunny day and things worked out orderly. And here are some of my friends who joined in the dance! :D ;

"Since 2004, SYD or Sabah Youth Day has become an event the church with the youth, for the youth and from the youth. It is the result of the Youth Jubilee Year 2000 whereby the  Youth Commission of the diocese of Kota Kinabalu and Keningau Apostolic Youth diocese agreed to hold the youth festival together once in 4 years. The mission of SYD is to make participants aware of the invitation to live in holiness is a call to everyone, courageous witness to Christ both as the leader of the Church or in civil. Currently, the 'Glorious Youth Cross' is in our Sandakan St.Mary's Cathedral for 3 weeks before moving on to St. Martin Church in Telupid." - http://syd3.blogspot.com

Praise God for a very good day!!!
