St. John Ambulance's Training Course

Hi everyone!! As usual, I've been delaying this post... this seminar is like..a month ago and I'd figure I'd share some information I have learn throughout this seminar.

First of all, I had skip some part of this seminar because I need to participate in the Program Pendidikan Lalu Lintas Shell. Nevertheless, I could catch up with the seminar thanks to my friends who took notes. It's actually a two-day course by Shirley George and Chong Tyan Yee. So, I would like to share short notes about the seminar. Trust me, you don't want to see the longer version..

- for safety reasons, for medical help and for the victim's comfort.

everyone started to get up to practice the ways to victim host.
